15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces. There is rust on shelf under front handsink. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbant, corrosive resistant, and light colored. 750.690 Next Inspection
22  Observed the following food contact surfaces to be unclean. Interior of reach-in cooler has food debris on bottom shelf below raw hamburger patties & in condiment cooler. 2. Interior of microwave on prep line has food debris in it. 3. Sandwich cutting board has food stains on it. 4. Interior of conditioning box's where shakes are located has debris in it on bottom shelf. 5. Interior of bottom of glass cooler has debris on it. Clean and maintain Next Inspection
